How can I close the door from inside if I do not have a key?
You have nothing to worry about, the doors can be opened from outside only by using the key code. If the correct code is not entered, the door handle swings, but the door will not open.
Until when is the 10-digit number valid?
The code is valid until 12 noon on the day of departure.
Is there a TV in the room?
As it is an automated motel, there is no TV in the room. We provide quick Wi-Fi for free, the password of which is placed in the room.
What data should be provided during the check-in?
The same data which is given during a check into traditional hotel, namely the name, the date of birth, home address, the type and number of a photo ID.
What happens if something has gone wrong and I cannot enter the room?
Since we have been improving the system for years, there is a slim chance for this. Anyway, if you cannot enter your room for some reasons, please call the information number in the automated reception. Our colleagues will solve your problem: either you will get a new key code for the room, or they will reserve another room for you.
How can I check out of the room? Do I have to do anything before leaving the room?
Absolutely nothing, just close the door after you. The cleaning staff arrives at 12 noon, so that the next guest can move into a clean room.
How can I get the room key if there is no reception at the motel?
It is very simple: the rooms are not opened by a key but by a 10-digit number, which you receive from the machine after payment is done. The key code is only necessary to get into your room; you can leave the room simply by pushing down on to the door handle.
How can I choose the room?
The reserved rooms are picked by the automated reservation system. Therefore, we furnished every room exactly the same way, so you will not be surprised.
Is the room price for one room or one person?
The price is HUF 10,000 /room. The double-bed in the room consists of two separate beds of the same size, which can be separated into two single beds.
Does the machine issue invoice?
Yes, an invoice is issued by the machine for every guest. The name and the address to which the invoice should be issued can be entered at the end of the sign-in procedure, before payment.
Does the machine return change?
No problem, if you do not have the exact banknotes, the machine returns change in HUF and EUR as well.
Can I cancel the room reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge until 5.00 pm on the day of arrival by calling the following phone number: +36-30-478-8246 or sending an e-mail to the following address: email@example.com.
How can I pay: in cash or by credit card?
Currently you can pay only in cash in HUF coins or banknotes (500; 1,000; 2,000; 5,000; 10,000; 20,000), or EUR banknotes (5; 10; 20; 50). Credit card payment is under development.
Where can I check the availability of the rooms?
Here, on the website! The counter on the main page always shows the correct number of free rooms.
Can I reserve a room only online or on the spot as well?
You can reserve a room online or on the spot at any time of the day thanks to the automated operation of the motel. Please do not forget that we cannot ensure that you can get free room in case you do not reserve online.
