We started initially as a fully automated hotel available for everyone, but in 2012, with the expansion of the Audi factory, we began exclusively renting out our rooms to companies for long-term stays. Since then, we have worked with several major companies such as JOBER, Bayer Construct, Personal Partner, Efficiency, and BIS Hungary Kft. Our number of guest nights is constantly increasing, and we are also working on building new apartment complexes to accommodate even more workers.
