These are available on individual request for quotation, as it depends on the number of people, the number of nights, and specific requirements. After accepting our price offer, payment can only be made by bank transfer to Motel Next’s bank account, subject to the payment of a 1-month security deposit. If no damage occurs, the deposit will be refunded after departure. The prices always include all utility costs, including water, gas, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV, with no hidden charges. In our rental agreements, we strive to provide favorable terms for our partners, aiming for long-term cooperation. Fixed and predictable
Our prices always include all utility costs, including water, gas, heating, air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi and TV usage, with no hidden charges, making the monthly rental fees easily calculable for everyone.
Costs payable in euros
Payment is only possible in euros! After the transfer invoice has been issued, and the security deposit and the first month’s rent have been transferred, the rooms can be occupied within a few hours.
Includes security deposit
We only require a security deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent, so we offer a better alternative to renting a family house or apartment. This amount will be refunded after departure, provided that the accommodation is in the same condition as at the time of handover and no damage has occurred.

Frequently asked questions
We can provide double rooms with comfortable single beds, furniture, private bathroom, refrigerator, TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, shared kitchen and laundry room.
For the transfer, we issue invoices on the 1st day of each month, and the payment deadline is the 10th of each month in euros.
If the malfunction is not the fault of the Tenant, the responsibility lies 100% with the Landlord, otherwise the Tenant is liable for the damage caused.
At the accommodation, cash and card payments are not possible. All transactions are made via bank transfer against an invoice at the Motel Next workers’ apartment. Cash is neither asked for nor accepted by our colleagues.
We have a fixed monthly fee, which we send to companies when they request for a quote. The price depends on the number of guests and the duration of stay, with a minimum of 1 month.
